Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing

    • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (local time) on a business day are dispatched on the same day.
    • Next-Business-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on non-business days (weekends or public holidays) are processed on the following business day.
    • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, along with any necessary tracking details (if applicable).
  2. Available Shipping Destinations & Carriers

    • Global Reach: We ship to a wide range of countries. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to be informed of and comply with local regulations, especially concerning nicotine pouches.
    • Domestic/Local Delivery:
      • Local shipping is fulfilled by LalaMove, Grab, or our in-house transport services.
      • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days (depending on the method selected and location).
    • International Delivery:
      • Your order may be handled by DHL, FedEx, or other reputable courier services, depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.
      • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided (when available) so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
      • Shipping Costs: Vary based on your country and chosen shipping method. Final costs are displayed at checkout.
  3. Delivery Points & Redirection

    • Home Delivery or Parcel Shop: Orders can be delivered directly to your home or to the nearest parcel shop, as selected during checkout.
    • Redirection: If your designated delivery point is at capacity or otherwise unavailable, your package may be re-routed to the nearest available point. You will be notified of the new pick-up location.
    • Communication: Please ensure your contact details (email, phone number) are accurate to receive timely updates about your shipment.
  4. Delivery Times

    • Estimated Delivery Timeframe: 3–5 business days for most orders, unless specified otherwise.
    • Business Days: Deliveries are made on weekdays. Express services may deliver on weekends where available.
    • Specific Items: Certain products may have different delivery times due to size, weight, or additional handling requirements. Any unique conditions or extended shipping times will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.
    • No Guarantee: All stated shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our facility and is handed over to the chosen courier, the delivery schedule is outside our control. We are not liable for any delays caused by the carrier or external factors such as customs inspections, weather, or other unforeseen events.
  5. Customs, Duties & Regulatory Compliance

    • Compliance with Local Laws: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the import of nicotine pouches is lawful in their country. If your country’s laws regarding nicotine pouches are unregulated or prone to sudden changes, you accept that additional risks apply.
    • Customs Fees: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be imposed on your shipment are your responsibility. SnusAsia does not cover these additional costs.
    • Possible Seizures: If customs seizes or places additional fees on a shipment, SnusAsia does not assume responsibility for these actions. We do not issue refunds or credits for orders that are confiscated, returned, or destroyed by customs.
    • Documentation: We provide necessary shipping documents and customs declarations with your shipment. Beyond that, customers should check and prepare any other paperwork required by their local authorities.
  6. Delivery Issues & Liability

    • Customer’s Obligation: It is your responsibility to verify your shipping address at checkout. Once your order has shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
    • Courier Delays: We are not responsible for delays once your order has been handed over to the courier. Tracking details provided should be used to follow up on delivery status.
    • Failed Delivery Attempts: In the event of repeated failed delivery attempts (due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, etc.), the package may be returned to us. Any additional shipping fees for re-dispatching the package will be borne by the customer.
    • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date. While we will do our best to assist, resolution may depend on the courier’s policies and insurance coverage.
  7. Refunds & Cancellations

    • Refund Exclusions:
      • We do not provide refunds for orders delayed beyond the estimated delivery date.
      • We do not provide refunds for orders confiscated, destroyed, or otherwise handled by customs.
    • Order Cancellation:
      • An order may be canceled prior to dispatch if you contact our customer service in time. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
    • Return to Sender:
      • Orders returned due to the recipient's failure to collect, pay duties, or provide accurate information are not eligible for refunds. If we receive your returned order, a restocking fee and any additional shipping charges may apply before any partial refund is issued (if applicable).
